• Type Approval Application Form
• User manual and Product technical specifications / datasheet
• Schematic diagrams / circuit diagrams / PCB layouts
• Declaration of Conformity ( for compliance verification )
• Lab test reports: RF, EMC, Safety (health & safety)
• Photographs (external and/or internal) of the equipment
• GSMA TAC letter (cellular devices only)

Prohibited Items

• Radio frequency spectrum scanning receivers
• Military communication equipment
• Telephone voice-changing equipment
• Radio-communication equipment in GSM frequency bands (except cellular mobile phones or Commission-approved devices like SIM box detectors)
• Automatic call diverters
